Our mission statement was created by our staff in a workshop and speaks for itself "At Old Raven House Care Hotel, we take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment. Within our unique setting we provide the best possible standard of care through which we promote individuality, encourage independance and nurture the wellbeing of residents, visitors and staff alike"
Old Raven House, Care Hotel has extremely high standards, we had 4 inspections from the Care Commission in a row without any recommendations or requirements. We received a 4 score for our restaurant and support of personnel, in fact we have just been awarded 'Investors in People' to underscore our commitment to staff and therefore to client services. |
